All of our services and prices are based on our superior organic nutrient-potent products, pampering inclusions as well as our high-quality work. Pricing is also based on employee welfare, personal and professional growth - including a staff wellbeing program - and paying our wonderful team the generous salaries they deserve for their hard work and skill. Your journey commences with a soothing pre-service head & neck massage, followed by your choice of complimentary refreshments. Your dedicated stylist will take you through a thorough consultation in order to create a style and hair plan that is right for you. During your service, enjoy some pampering additions that are on offer during your time with us. Relax into our calming basin ritual with a jade eye mask and conclude with a beautiful aromatherapeutic botanical water hair & scalp boost, so you can leave the space feeling educated, empowered and beautifully confident.

Pricing Breakdown
Our pricing is transparent and completely broken down into each section of your total service to ensure you are only charged for the time and product applicable to your hair.
To avoid any surprises, prior to commencing your chosen service, your Stylist can provide you with an itemised quote to confirm discussed services and pricing if requested.

Green Fee
Each time you visit our eco-friendly salon, a $3 Green Fee is added to the total of your service bill which goes to 'Sustainable Salons' for the collection, repurpose and recycling of waste.

Booking fee
All online bookings will be required to pay a 30% booking fee at the time of booking and a 50% booking for all new clientele booking both through online and other contact methods. This is to secure your appointment and will be used as a deposit to be taken off your bill at the time of your service. For appointments that are lesser than $50, the total amount will be charged.
CANCELLATION POLICY: At Pura, we kindly ask for a 24 hour cancellation notice. In order to allow us to fit in other wonderful people waiting to receive our services, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to be given for any appointment. If cancellation happens within 24 hours of your appointment, at our discrection your deposit may be forfeited.
In the case of a no-show, deposits will be forfeited and we reserve the right to charge a fee of 50% of the total service.

We use only professional organic, plant-based hair colour, which is free of Ammonia, PPD, and Resorcinol. All of our brand choices are cruelty-free and wellness integrative - meaning they add to the health of your hair, rather than take away from it.
In order for your stylist to check your colour and hair health, it is Salon practice for all colour services to be completed with a colour blow-dry (from $48), or for natural Curly girls, a hooded dryer dry off ($20), unless in the case of a haircut service also being provided.

Hair Length Guide
Our Hair Length Guide is designed to help provide clarity around service timing, product usage, and pricing. Hair length and density can significantly impact the time, care, and amount of product required to achieve your desired result. This guide allows us to tailor each service experience with transparency and intention, ensuring your booking is aligned to the unique needs of your hair.
SHORT HAIR: Hair that sits from mid-ear to above the chin or jawline, including pixie cuts and classic short bobs.
MEDIUM HAIR: Hair that falls from below the chin to the collarbone or shoulders, including longer bobs and lobs.
LONG HAIR: Hair that extends past the shoulders to around bra-strap length, often requiring additional time and product for colouring and treatments.
EXTRA LONG HAIR: Hair that falls below bra-strap length toward the lower back or waist, typically requiring the highest level of time, care, and product usage.
